FOR NEW 250 POINT ONE GROUP MEMBERS WHO JOIN IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER

Level 2 and 3 Zorganics Bonus Terms and Conditions.

1. To qualify, you need to become a One Group member in December 2006. The current joining fee is Aust$88. (You can split this cost by joining up with a friend)

2. As a member, you will be entitled to higher discount privileges than preferred customers for an entire 12 months. (see below*)

3. To continue after this term, there will be a US$30 annual renewal fee.

4. As a member, you are entitled to receive payment for referring new customers or members, although there is no obligation to do so. (Many become members only for the higher discount levels.) If you would like information about this or to participate, please send an e-mail to support@zorganics.com

5. To qualify for level 2 bonuses:

• A minimum 50 point monthly order must be selected (AS or BP) along with a credit card authorization form faxed or posted to Head Office.
• AS is always sent at the same time every month regardless of any additional orders placed.
  BP is only sent if 50 points of product have not yet been ordered by the 25th of that month.
• The joining fee refund will be made via BPay, after 12 consecutive monthly minimum 50 point orders have been delivered. Please retain your receipts as proof of purchase.
• You can opt out and cancel your monthly ordering commitment anytime if you change your mind. However doing so before 12 months, disqualifies you from receiving the refund.
  ( Note: If the monthly order is cancelled, 6 months must pass before you can reapply for AS/BP to receive the associated discount levels, as this is a loyalty programme to reward committed regular customers.)

6. To qualify for level 3 bonuses a single 250 point order must be made within 30 days of becoming a One Group member. (approx $369 depending on products chosen after the 30% discount)

7. For level 2 & 3 offers:

• Your ticket(s) to The Christopher Howard “ Breakthrough to Success” weekend seminar will be sent as soon as you send proof of joining One Group to Zorganics. (see point 8) This event fills very quickly, especially in Brisbane. In order to secure your seat, you must log on and register your ticket number as soon as you receive it from Zorganics. Unfortunately it is impossible to guarantee you a place in your city of choice (Although this should not be an issue if you book early. As of Dec 1st, 2006, there were many seats available at all venues.)

  In the unlikely event that you cannot get a seat in the venue of your choice, we will endeavor to get you a seat the next time “ Breakthrough to Success” is run in your city. Please notify us if this occurs. However, we cannot accept any responsibility if you miss out.
• Your bonus lip balm will arrive in a separate package from your first order.
• The winner of the Christmas draw will be notified by e-mail or phone and the results posted on this website under Discounts.

8. PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP AND PRODUCT PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO CLAIM ZORGANICS BONUSES.
