My name is Lucinda White and I personally know how difficult it is to find effective personal care products that contain absolutely no synthetic chemicals. When I first started looking, my infant son had eczema and I was loathe to put any of those nasty chemical cocktails onto his raw skin. Even the skin care products and washes recommended for eczema and sensitive skin were loaded with synthetic ingredients.


Thankfully, we found a wonderful new family GP in 2002. An environmental and nutritional medical practioner in Brisbane, he reinforced my concerns about personal care ingredients (and he had miessence for sale in his clinic.). After researching various consumer advocacy groups and reading books by reputable scientists such as Dr Samuel Epstein* and Dr Robert Dingle,**I came up with an EXTENSIVE cross referenced list of ingredients to avoid.
