Cancellation and Payment Policy Thank you for choosing Zorganics. To ensure efficient scheduling and to respect the time of our staff and other clients, we have implemented the following policies: Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation Fee: A $200 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Payment Policy Full Payment Upfront: To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This can be made by [accepted  payment methods, e.g., credit cards and debit card. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for canceled appointments, except in cases of business closure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. By scheduling an appointment with Zorganics, you agree to abide by these policies.
