**Job Title: Esthetician - Zorganics LLC**

**Overview:**

Zorganics LLC is seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will provide a range of professional skincare treatments, offer expert product knowledge, and create exceptional experiences for our clients, all within our natural and organic philosophy. This is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week) offering a wonderful opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and wellness-focused environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform a variety of facial treatments, including but not limited to classic facials, deep cleansing facials, and hydrating treatments, according to Zorganics' protocols. * Provide professional waxing and other hair removal services as offered by Zorganics. * Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate home care regimens using Zorganics' natural and organic products. * Educate clients on the benefits and proper use of Zorganics' skincare products. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and professional demeanor. * Stay updated on Zorganics' product knowledge, new treatments, and industry trends. * Meet individual service and retail sales goals. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications:**

* Possession of a current and valid Esthetician license as required by your state. * Proven experience (1+ year preferred) as a practicing Esthetician. * Strong knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and basic skincare treatments. * Familiarity with natural and organic skincare products and their benefits. * Excellent client consultation and communication skills. * A passion for skincare and providing exceptional customer service. * Professional and positive attitude. * Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and sanitation.
