Cancellation and Payment Policy Thank you for choosing Zorganics. To ensure efficient scheduling and to respect the time of our staff and other clients, we have implemented the following policies: Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation Fee: A $200 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Payment Policy Full Payment Upfront: To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This can be made by credit cards and debit card. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for canceled appointments, except in cases of business closure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
