Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Policy
1. Purpose Zorganics LLC is committed to protecting its proprietary and confidential information. This policy is in place to ensure that all employees understand their obligation to protect this information, which is essential to the success and competitive advantage of the company.
2. Definition of Confidential Information Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, any information that is not publicly known and is related to the business of Zorganics LLC. This includes, whether in oral, written, or electronic form:

Customer Information: Client lists, contact details, service history, and personal data.

Proprietary Formulas: Unique product formulas, recipes, and ingredient lists for Zorganics products.

Financial Data: Financial reports, pricing strategies, sales figures, and business plans.

Business Processes: Proprietary curriculum, training manuals, marketing strategies, and operational methods.

Employee Information: Personnel records, compensation, and other sensitive employee data.
3. Employee Obligations As a condition of employment and as outlined in your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), all employees are required to:

Refrain from disclosing, sharing, or using any Confidential Information for personal gain or the benefit of a third party.

Take reasonable measures to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Immediately report any suspected or actual breach of confidentiality to management.

Return all company property and materials containing Confidential Information upon termination of employment.
4. Exclusions This policy does not apply to information that is:

Already in the public domain at the time of disclosure.

Independently developed by the employee without the use of Confidential Information.

Received from a third party without a breach of confidentiality.
5. Consequences of Violation Any employee who violates this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include, but is not limited to, a formal warning, suspension, or immediate termination of employment. Zorganics LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including monetary damages and injunctive relief, against any employee who breaches this policy.
