Shipping

Zorganics.com orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Zorganics.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

International Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship worldwide by using USPS.Estimated delivery time can be expected within 5 - 25 days.*For orders outside the U.S., we recommend using PayPal (especially if the card issuing bank is of non-U.S. origin)

 

Shipment Confirmation + Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 
Standard Service

• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

• Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order's ship date.

• Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.

• Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date.

• Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

2nd Day Service

• 2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

 

• 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date.

 

•Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.

 

•Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day shipments.

Overnight Service

• Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

 

• Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

 

• Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

 

• Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations 

 

• Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

• Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight shipments.

Return Policy

You can return items for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of receiving products and items are unused and in original packaging. Please email us at returns@zorganics.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.

 

*Note: Returned products will be inspected by our Returns Department and if items are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with, a processing fee will be tacked on. This is to ensure the integrity of our company and the products that we carry.

Damages

Zorganics.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

 

Return Shipping

In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be covered for errant merchandise and damaged products.

If you are using a freight forwarder, please have the items inspected before shipping out of the country. Zorganics is NOT responsible for any items reshipped outside of the US.

 

To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by Zorganics. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any suspicious activity.
