If your order is damaged or lost, please take a photo of the affected item and your Delivery Order (D.O) and email it to us at customerservice@zorganics.com. For damaged items, we will review the photo proof and decide whether to resend the item at no cost, subject to availability. For lost mail, we will contact FedEx or UPS and resend your order if it is confirmed lost, subject to availability.
Zorganics.com orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please refer to the Shipping Options under our Shipping Information page.
