How can I change my shipping address?By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Zorganics account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

How can I activate my Zorganics account?After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your Zorganics account. If you don't see the email, check your junk/spam folder or contact us at customerservice@zorganics.com.

What should I do if my order is damaged or lost?If your order is damaged or lost, please take a photo of the affected item and your Delivery Order (D.O) and email it to us at customerservice@zorganics.com. For damaged items, we will review the photo proof and decide whether to resend the item at no cost, subject to availability. For lost mail, we will contact FedEx or UPS and resend your order if it is confirmed lost, subject to availability.

How can I track my orders & payment?After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from FedEx.

How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?After logging into your account, go to My Bag. Here, you will be able to make a payment or cancel your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?Zorganics.com orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please refer to the Shipping Options under our Shipping Information page.

How do you ship my orders?All your orders are sent via FedEx.

How can I pay using PayPal?To pay using PayPal, select PayPal at checkout. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. Ensure your details are correct for a smooth transaction. After payment, a confirmation will be sent to Zorganics.com.

Why does the Zorganics website look strange on my browser?The Zorganics website uses advanced graphics that may not be supported by older browser versions. Please use the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome. Ensure that Javascript and Cookies are enabled in your browser settings.
