By default, your last used shipping address will be saved in your Zorganics account. When you check out, the default shipping address will be displayed, and you can amend it if needed. We're here to make it easy for you!

After you submit the registration form, we'll send you an email with instructions to activate your Zorganics account. If you don't see the email, check your junk/spam folder or contact us at customerservice@zorganics.com.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please take a photo of the item and your Delivery Order (D.O) and email it to us at customerservice@zorganics.com. We'll review the photo and decide whether to resend the item at no cost, depending on availability. For lost orders, we'll contact FedEx or UPS and resend your order if it's confirmed lost, subject to availability.

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from FedEx.

After logging into your account, go to My Bag. Here, you will be able to make a payment or cancel your order.

Zorganics.com orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please refer to the Shipping Options under our Shipping Information page.

All your orders are sent via FedEx.

To pay with PayPal, select PayPal at checkout. You'll be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. Make sure your details are correct for a smooth transaction. After payment, we'll send a confirmation to Zorganics.com.
