**Overview:**

Zorganics LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Esthetician to join our team. As a Master Esthetician, you will provide advanced skincare treatments, expert skin analysis, and personalized recommendations to our valued clients, with a strong emphasis on our natural and organic product lines. This is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week) offering a rewarding opportunity to utilize your advanced expertise in a supportive and wellness-focused environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform a comprehensive range of facial and body skincare treatments as outlined in Zorganics' service menu, including standard and advanced techniques.

* Demonstrate proficiency in performing all core esthetic services, with the ability to adapt to Zorganics' specific protocols and incorporate additional training provided on our specialized treatment menu.

* Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with expertise, including but not limited to: Laser hair removal, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments, RF (Radiofrequency) Microneedling, various Chemical Peels, and HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) treatments (depending on your service offerings and state regulations).

* Provide in-depth skin analysis and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with various skin concerns, recommending appropriate in-clinic treatments and home care regimens. * Offer expert advice on skincare products and routines, with a strong emphasis on Zorganics' natural and organic lines. * Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest advanced skincare techniques and technologies relevant to Zorganics' offerings, including safety protocols for advanced modalities.

* Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols, especially those related to advanced equipment.

* Potentially train or mentor junior Estheticians on core and advanced techniques and product knowledge.

* Meet individual service and retail sales goals. * Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and team efforts of Zorganics.

**Qualifications:**

* Possession of a current and valid Master Esthetician license as required by your state.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Master Esthetician, with significant and demonstrable experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments including Laser hair removal, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments, RF (Radiofrequency)  Microneedling, various Chemical Peels, and HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) treatments.

* Extensive knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments, including contraindications for advanced modalities. * Strong understanding of natural and organic skincare ingredients and their benefits, with the ability to integrate them into treatment plans.

* Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to explain advanced treatment procedures and expected outcomes.

* Proven ability to recommend and sell skincare products and treatment packages, including advanced service offerings.

* A passion for advanced skincare and a commitment to providing safe and effective high-quality services.

​* Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work a part-time schedule of approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
