Zorganics LLC is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cosmetologist to specialize in scalp health and hair loss treatments at our Lynnwood location. In this role, you will provide expert scalp analysis, administer targeted treatments, offer styling services, and recommend our natural and organic hair care products to address client concerns. This is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week) offering a unique opportunity to focus on the growing field of scalp and hair wellness within a supportive and natural-focused environment. **Please note: This role will primarily focus on scalp treatments, hair loss solutions, and styling; it will not include hair cutting or coloring services at this time.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform thorough scalp analysis to identify various conditions and recommend appropriate Zorganics treatments and products.
* Administer a range of specialized scalp treatments, including those for dryness, oiliness, hair thinning, and hair loss, according to Zorganics' protocols.
* Provide professional hair styling services to complement scalp treatments and enhance overall hair appearance.
* Educate clients on the causes of scalp issues and hair loss, as well as the benefits of Zorganics' natural and organic hair and scalp care products.
* Recommend and sell Zorganics' specialized hair and scalp care products to clients based on their individual needs and analysis results.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in scalp health, hair loss treatments, and relevant natural and organic product knowledge.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Build and maintain a loyal client base through expert service and a focus on client results.
* Meet individual retail sales goals for hair and scalp care products and treatments. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
**Qualifications:**
* Possession of a current and valid Cosmetology license as required by your state.
* Proven experience (1+ year preferred) as a practicing Cosmetologist with a strong interest and ideally some specialization or training in scalp analysis and hair loss treatments.
* Solid understanding of scalp anatomy, common scalp conditions, and various types of hair loss.
* Familiarity with natural and organic hair and scalp care products and their ingredients.
* Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information about scalp health and hair loss in an understandable way.
* A strong passion for helping clients improve their scalp and hair health.
* Professional and empathetic attitude. * Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and sanitation.
