Zorganics LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Manager to lead our team at our Lynnwood location. As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales of our natural and organic beauty products and services, fostering a positive customer experience, and leading a team of passionate beauty professionals. This is a full-time position (approximately 32 hours per week) offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a company dedicated to wellness and natural beauty.
**Responsibilities:**
* Achieve and exceed store sales targets and individual team member goals.
* Lead, motivate, and train a team of Estheticians and Cosmetologists to maximize sales and service quality.
* Provide exceptional customer service, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive traffic and increase revenue.
* Oversee all sales leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely and effective follow-up with customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
* Manage store inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock and implementing effective visual merchandising to maximize sales.
* Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
* Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
* Stay informed about Zorganics' products, services, promotions, and industry trends to effectively educate the team and customers.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a retail management role with a strong emphasis on managing sales teams and driving sales performance. Experience within the cosmetics, skincare, or wellness industry is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and leading sales-driven teams.
* Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products, with a preference for experience with natural and organic brands.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
* Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in basic retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
* Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed (approximately 32 hours per week).
